The high resolution 300dpi printing gives a clean: crisp print making it ideal for barcoding and printing.

Quick start guide

SUGGESTED USE

Unbox & connect

Plug the power cable into the printer and outlet

Connect the USB cable to your computer

Turn the printer ON

Install the software

Go to the manufacturer’s website

Download and install the Smart Label Printer 650 software

Restart your computer if prompted

Load labels

Open the printer cover

Place the label roll inside (labels feeding from underneath)

Pull the label end through the front

Close the cover until it clicks

Align the labels

Press the Feed button once

The printer will auto-align the labels

Create a label

Open the label software

Choose a label size and template

Add text, barcodes, or images

Print

Click Print

Select “Smart Label Printer 650”

Confirm label size and quantity

Press Print

Troubleshooting:

If labels skip or misprint → press Feed

If nothing prints → check power, USB connection, and selected printer

If labels jam → turn off printer and reload labels

Shipping:

For domestic UK addresses, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. International delivery to France, The Netherlands, Poland, and Germany typically takes 5–10 business days.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of £99 or more.

If you need your order sooner, we provide Express Next Day Delivery for £11.95.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM BST will be delivered the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, and in it's original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at returns@eskensonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
