Easy to service: Accessing the sponge is straightforward — open the Autocap, loosen two screws, remove the sponge support, moisten or replace the sponge, and refit.

Longevity & hygiene: The moisture level should never exceed the sponge height; when dirty, the sponge can be removed and washed. Replace if damaged.

For domestic UK addresses, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. International delivery to France, The Netherlands, Poland, and Germany typically takes 5–10 business days.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders of £99 or more.

If you need your order sooner, we provide Express Next Day Delivery for £11.95.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM BST will be delivered the next business day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, and in it's original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at returns@eskensonline.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
